Drew Wilson has spent his career following great food across Sydney, Singapore and Melbourne. From Sydney Restaurant Group to fire-focused kitchens in Southeast Asia and award-winning restaurants in Melbourne.
Today, as Executive Chef at The Glenelg Public House, he brings all of it to the plate. Generous cooking, great ingredients, and a firm belief that the best dining experiences don't need to be complicated.
