thank you for booking at the glenelg public house.
provided you have entered your details correctly you will receive a confirmation text message AND email.
should you wish to update, change or cancel your booking head to your email and follow the prompts. alternatively, you can call us on 07 5575 2284. If we don’t answer simply leave a message with your name, phone number, day and date of booking and any updates you wish to make.
please note that if you’ve made a special request, we do our best to accommodate however we cannot guarantee your request.
cancellation policy
if you notify us to cancel your booking 48+ hours before your booking your card will not be charged.
if you cancel on the day of your booking without notifying us you will be charged $50 per person to the card left on file when booking.
if you booked online for a group of 7-10 guests and paid a $50 per person deposit you will receive that deposit back as a refund in 10-15 working days provided you cancel 48 hours or more before the event, please email us on info@theglenelgpublichouse.com.au or call on 07 5575 2284 to inform us so we can initiate the refund transaction for you.
